Had to replace an older Panasonic phone I couldn't get replacement phones. Got this on sale at the perfect time. The only issue I have with the phone is putting a line on Hold. There is no dedicated Hold button, you must use the soft keys to get to Hold. It takes three entries on menu to put on Hold. We get around this by using the Mute key instead (weird, you would think Panasonic would have put the Hold there since it is used way more). If you can live with this then it's a good phone for the money.

We always have panasonic and never had any problem. This phone works perfect. I just wish it comes with another phone.

Rated 5 out of 5�by Verified Reviewer All features, setting date, speed dial, directory of names etc. were all extemely easy to do. This is the second Panasonic phone I have had, the one this replaced was 15 years old.
Features are excellent.
